1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-8 business days.

Speed post Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and external factors like weather, customs, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping is available for orders above Rs 10,000

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email/ SMS/ WhatsApp.

You can track your package using the tracking ID provided.

5. International Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to select countries. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines for international shipments are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance processes, local regulations, or other unforeseen delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team within 2 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our policies. To assist us in resolving your concern, it is mandatory to provide a video of the package being opened upon receipt, along with relevant photos.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.

If an incorrect address is supplied, the package may be delayed or returned. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
